The Albany Corrections Doctor is a psychiatrist employed at the Albany Psychological Corrections Facility.
History[]
In the mid-1990s to early 2000s, the Doctor had Michael Draverhaven as a patient. After Michael escaped, the Doctor found his cell full of Ectoplasmic Residue. He had a difficult time accepting what happened as his job was to tell his patients the voices they heard and things they saw weren't real, merely symptoms of their illness. The Doctor lacked any rational explanation. The next day, he escorted Egon Spengler to Michael's cell.
