Arthur is a hunchback man, a scientist who studied ghosts but ended up being corrupted by Janna. He owned a castle where one of Janna's lieutenants, Insect Trapper soon found a home. A long time ago, he was friends with Weapon Shop Owner. When the Ghostbusters battled Janna's threat, he was able to trick two of them in to being possessed by Janna's minions. Later, he even traded the Stone Tablet (a key to Janna's realm) for the lives of these two team members, but lied and ran to the plant demon, who ate Arthur (now of no use to Janna).
