The Big Apple Amusement Park is an amusement park changed by the Boogieman into his new domain and to serve as a place for fear to grow and thrive.
After the Boogieman escaped his realm and escaped capture several times, he made his way to the Big Apple Amusement Park. It was closed at the time and he used his powers to completely transmogrify the park into his new twisted realm. Like his original domain, the Boogieman could now make it do anything he wanted it to do.
The Ghostbusters followed his strong supernatural trail to the park and entered. They were quickly captured by a Transmogrified Roller Coaster and flown into a doorway. Slimer evaded capture and fled the park. He brought the Junior Ghostbusters to the park and they soon found the Ghostbusters' equipment. They gathered it up and entered the doorway. Meanwhile, the Ghostbusters were sent into a twisted cityscape and were chased by the Boogieman's Minions until they were restrained by the Boogieman. Slimer and the Junior Ghostbusters were discovered and became the new target. Egon Spengler summoned enough courage to break his restraints and blast the Boogieman. All entities were trapped. The park likely reverted to his original state soon after.
