Big Spike Ghost is one of a number of ghosts that appear in the The Real Ghostbusters Pilot. He has also appeared in many promotional items including Milton Bradley The Real Ghostbusters board game on a card.

DescriptionEdit

A large sized creature with triangle shaped nose and head. He usually is seen with his mouth wide open as well. Many promotional images have him with arms unlike the pilot when he is shown without arms.
