Blue Lou and Tommy Twitch were two ghost gangsters who were part of Fred's crew.
History[]
During a meeting with Yakuza Ghosts, Blue Lou and Tommy Twitch were captured by the Ghostbusters and deposited into the Containment Unit by Winston Zeddemore. Fred demanded their release but was forced to flee the scene. For this act, Fred asked his superiors permission to seek retribution.
