In Frozen Empire, Melody and Phoebe don't actually touch. What happens when Ghosts touch other ghosts, can they phase through each other or does their spiritual energy collide and repel. Is this answered in any of the comics, cartoons, games, or TRPGs?

Frozen Empire would have been a lot better if this happened.
What if in the Phoebe and Melody scene the spiritual separation device was just a heartwarming character development scene. And what if Nadeem had the part as a cult worshipper who frees Garraka. And at the end Melody and the rest of the Ghostbusters could find another way to capture Garraka. If this happened it would have been a much better film and she would still find peace at the end.
IGN, Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic are right, this film is the worst Ghostbusters film ever made. I'm very disappointed, the climatic frozen New York scene is terrible and is the same as the final battles in 1 and 4. The story is pretty much the same and is just another generic adventure for new heroes. The battles are really bad. Garraka is just a Gozer ripoff with Ice Powers. The freezing scenes are terrible. The Special Effects won't age well.
The Ghostbusters films have always suffered from bad plots and stories that seem episodic. They should make a Television Series instead of films.

I really miss The great legend of the Ghostbusters original as Egon Spengler
Aka Harold Ramis 🥹😭😭🪽🪽😇
Really liked it. Though wish they change some scenes with Pheobe. 8/10.
I loved it! So good!
I’ve never seen a Ghostbusters movie in my life until today I saw Frozen Empire and yall my girl Phoebe was so gay for that ghost girl that she messed with quantum physics just so she could be on the same astral plane as her crush and honestly she was so real for that
Also I’m a little bit sad Atarashii Gakko’s song wasn’t in the US version :(

All add Frozen Empire when I see it.
4.Ghostbusters
3.Ghostbusters: Afterlife
2.Ghostbusters: Answer the Call
1.Ghostbusters II
I just rewatched Ghostbusters one and two after I've seen Afterlife and Answer the Call. Ghostbusters II is the most underrated Ghostbusters movie. It's way better than the original film in almost every way. The ghost designs are fantastic and the film has a much better tone and foreshadowing. Vigo is an outstanding villain and the final battle is much better than the first films battle. Plus the stakes of this film are much more reasonable and Vigo fits the tone and paranormal vibes of the franchise much better to Gozer. It's the greatest Ghostbusters film, I haven't seen Frozen Empire yet so this is the most underrated ghostbusters film.
