Specifics: This is for Ghostbusters 101

Dr. Carla Parker [1] is the mother of Garrett Parker and holds a doctorate. [2]

HistoryEdit

After Garrett's father was diagnosed with cancer, he couldn't spend as much time together with his son as he used to. Garrett had a hard time dealing with the change. [3] [4] Carla Parker spoke to Peter Venkman over the phone. She felt something to do with the Ghostbusters, a topic he was passionate about, would help Garrett cope until something changed. Peter suggested they stop by the Firehouse in the afternoon and inquire about a potential spot in his Ghostbusters 101 pilot program, a business venture designed to charge paying customers to experience what it takes to be a Ghostbuster in controlled conditions. They met Janine Melnitz and Kevin Tanaka. Janine didn't know what pilot program Carla was talking about until Kevin informed her it was the arrangement with Ray Stantz teaching Cait Banner, Evan Torres, and Zoe Zawadzki. Janine tried to break it to Carla that Peter was overstating things but she told her about the plight of Garrett and his father. While Janine and Carla went over paperwork for the Paranormal Contracts Oversight Commission, Kevin was tasked with introducing Garrett to Cait, Zoe, and Evan.
