Kylie Griffin took Pagan to the vet because he was acting weird all of a sudden, unaware Eduardo Rivera was trapped in his body by Duophanes. Dr. Olsen observed Pagan in the examination room and concluded he had worms. He prepared a shot.
- Dr. Olsen prescribed an antibiotic injection for Pagan. Antibiotics are intended for and are only effective against bacterial infections, and has no effect on worms.
- In the script and cast list, Dr. Olsen was originally described as a male in his 60s, balding and jovial.
