The Dr. Perkins' Patients are a group of children who reside in a hospital's children's ward.
The patients were treated to a show put on by the Ghostbusters and Slimer. Slimer immediately took a liking to the children, especially one named Jill. He even agreed to go into the Containment Unit to extract the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man for a commercial that would raise the $50,000 needed to save the children. If the hospital didn't get the money by the end of the week, the children would have been all sent home. Even those that required urgent medical care like Jill. Marty Tillis, President of the Stay Puft Marshmallow Company, invited the children to the filming of the commercial. Once all was said and done, they played with Stay Puft.
