The Animated Garbage are thrown-away items and conglomerates of garbage animated by the Slob to deal with the Ghostbusters.
History[]
When the Ghostbusters first engaged the Slob at the Bay Bridge Garbage Dump, it animated some of the garbage around it. They ranged from old sofas, beds, toilets, pipes, and television sets. Slob also formed some into conglomerate entities that had the capacity to blast gunk. A simple blast from the Particle Thrower took out the garbage. Once the Slob vacated the dump, the remaining Animated Garbage returned to normal. Back in Manhattan, the Slob also created more conglomerates from a trash barge. As with the dump, these entities were temporary in nature.
