The Animated Louvre Art are an assortment of art displays in the Louvre Museum, The David, the Venus de Milo, the Mona Lisa, and Code of Hammurabi, that were animated by Jean l'Ecorcheur.
History[]
During an initial encounter with the Ghostbusters, Jean l'Ecorcheur was tasered by Lieutenant Philip Constantin despite Ray Stantz' warning. He swung his giant meat tenderizer and sent out a wave of energy. The David, the Venus de Milo, the Mona Lisa, and Code of Hammurabi are animated and surrounded the Ghostbusters and Constantin. Peter Venkman was about to grab his Particle Thrower but Winston Zeddemore reminded him of the Slime Spritzers. Winston sprayed the David and it crumbled to pieces. Constatin was livid. Peter shot the Mona Lisa, Winston got the Code and Ray chased down the Venus. Constantin was dumbfounded they destroyed priceless works of art without hesitation. The Ghostbusters realized the animations were a distraction and left the museum to pursue Jean to the Tuileries Garden. In the aftermath, the Ghostbusters were assured that most of the art they destroyed were just copies. [1]

The Venus and Code of Hammurabi generated appendages while the Mona Lisa could partially exit her painting and crawl around.
