The B.U.F.O. General is a high-ranking military officer who presides over the B.U.F.O.'s government research facility in Queens.[2]
History[]
After Walter Peck's plan to get the Ghostbusters backfired and revealed an actual ghost, they were congratulated by the B.U.F.O.'s resident general. He saluted the Ghostbusters and shook their hands. A short time later, when Peck and Calahan's part in almost blowing up the facility became apparent, the general fired them and ripped their identification badges right off their clothes. He then awarded Slimer with a Good Conduct Award. However, Slimer's bad breath rendered the general unconscious.
