Caterpillar Ghost is one of a number of ghosts that appear in the The Real Ghostbusters Pilot. He has also appeared in many promotional items including Milton Bradley The Real Ghostbusters board game on a card.

A medium sized creature shaped like a caterpillar. Features a bushy hairdo and 2 or 4 eyes.
