The Chase Manhattan Bank Building[1] is a 178 feet high, 14 floor neo-gothic high rise located in Long Island City, Queens.
History[]
In the springtime, the ghost of the Five Points Killer manifested inside the Chase Manhattan Bank Building on the 13th floor and attacked employees of Bates CPA, PC. A team of Ghostbusters led by Special Agent Melanie Ortiz responded to a distress call and captured the ghost. However, the building was pelted with a Blood Rain storm.
