The Collars of Obedience[1] are neck collars capable of enslaving ectoplasmic entities.
History[]
At some point after his dismissal from New York State University, Edward Kirilian invented the Collars of Obedience to enslave ghosts with. After enslaving a few dozen,[2] Kirilian used his remote control to force them to help build a gateway device to open a portal to the Netherworld and to steal key components, The LB-7 and Toltec Skulls. Kirilian wanted to enslave demons with the collars. The collars were neutralized when Garrett Miller shot the remote control.
