Dana's Apartment is an apartment complex that is rent controlled and located in a good neighborhood.
History[]
After the Gozer incident, Dana Barrett moved to a new apartment. Louis Tully somehow found out and got a unit across from Dana's. Peter Venkman visited at least twice, to take Dana out to the Fireman's Ball and to spend quality time with her before she left for a Mozart Festival in Indiana.
