The Deadcon Ghost Delegates[1] are a group of ghost delegates who attended Deadcon 1 at Plump Towers and each appears to represent a foreign country's supernatural community.
History[]
The Deadcon Ghost Delegates were invited to Deadcon 1 by the convention committee to help plan doomsday... and party. They soon joined the American Association for the Advancement of Oral Hygiene's (AAAOH) masquerade ball and had a merry time until the Ghostbusters began trapping them.
