Delt House [1] is a fraternity house located on or near New York City College campus.
History[]
The Witches attempted to go to the Delt House frat party but were denied. In retaliation, they transmutated everyone in attendance into rats. Kylie Griffin, Roland Jackson, and Garrett Miller stormed the frat house in an attempt to find Wanda, Bess, and Celine. The trio confronted the Ghostbusters and easily defeated them with the power of Cernunnos then lit the entryway on fire. Kylie was left alone to drag the unconscious Roland and Garrett back to Ecto-1 outside.

- Based on the party invite, the formal name of the fraternity appears to be Kappa Delta Sigma
