Detective No.3[1] is a police detective who fielded a flurry of calls on New Year's Eve of 1989.
History[]
On New Year's Eve, 1989, at Midtown Central Police Precinct, Detective No.3 was called by someone being chased by a park bench. The Detective thought the caller meant someone was chasing them in the park. The caller clarified it was a park bench giving chase. The Detective put his cigarette down and simply replied, "I see."

The Detective is wearing a jacket and appears to be in his 30s.
