The Electronic Positronic Anti-Halloween Machine[1] was a machine invented by Dr. Crowley to destroy Halloween.

History[]

The Electronic Positronic Anti-Halloween Machine was nearly finished on Halloween day but needed to be focused using one of the Ghostbusters' P.K.E. Meters,[2] which was stolen by Fairweather. Once activated in Dr. Crowley's Mansion, the Anti-Halloween Machine lifted up to the roof and began its destructive broadcast. After using the machine to eliminate Halloween by vaporizing all pumpkins, costumes, candy, horror novels, and Halloween decorations in the vicinity, the machine caused Boogaloo and his minions to cross over into the human world. Peter Venkman suggested reversing the effects of the machine to banish Boogaloo and his minions back to where they came from and restore Halloween, but they had to come up with another strategy after some of Boogaloo's minions destroyed the machine beyond repair. When Boogaloo and his forces were sent back to void they were imprisonsed in, one of the side effects was the restoration of all the traces of Halloween that the machine destroyed.

Trivia[]
