Eye Visor Ghost is one of a number of ghosts that appear in the The Real Ghostbusters Pilot. She has also appeared in many promotional items including Milton Bradley The Real Ghostbusters board game on a card.
Description[]
It seems to be a chicken like designed ghost with a strand of eyes going around its head. Note in the pilot itself its full body was never shown.
