Note: The name of the Female Rookie Maddie Collins applies only to IDW Comics Canon. See Trivia and References for more information
Female Rookie is a playable character in the Ghostbusters: The Video Game (Stylized Versions).
Gameplay[]
The player as a female is only cosmetic, and no gameplay changes occur when playing as her, including dialogue and their subtitles. The few times that the rookie's gender is mentioned (usually in third-person between other characters) indicate it is still the male character. Egon's early line of "He's our new Experimental Equipment Technician." has not been changed to "she". So everything really applies to this character that applies to the male counterpart.
History[]
IDW Comics[]
In Thanksgiving 1991, the three Rookies Bryan Welsh, Maddie Collins, and Chad Fuller made newspaper headlines for their part in the battle with the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man in Times Square. After completing the internship, Collins chose not to continue working with the Ghostbusters.[1][2]
Personality[]
Like the other male rookies, she is quiet and obedient.
