History[]
c.1940 World-famous magician Angelo Galliano had an older brother, Ronald, who was said to be an even more talented magician than Angelo. Ronald wasn't good with audiences, though, so took up construction work when he couldn't get regular stage work.
Where To Find It[]
In the Field: As you pass through the 'Haunted Laundromat', the artifact should be on your right just before you exit through the side door, in the middle of the laundromat's boiler room. When collected, all the pigeons inside are released.
At the Firehouse: It is on the second floor and on the work table right next to the answering machine.
