Harlan

Harlan^[2] was the head of a crew tasked with preparing floats for the Thanksgiving Day Parade.

History[]

The night before Thanksgiving, Harlan and his crew finished inflating balloon floats. He assured Anne Lawson everything was on schedule and Murray the Mantis would be ready. Once he noticed Anne's displeasure with the warehouse, Harlan told her how the building used to be a city morgue.
