Hobo Ghosts are persistent phantasms born from the forgotten spirits of the homeless left to die on the mean streets of New York. Being dead hasn't made them any happier about their lot in life, and they'll take out their eternal frustration on you.

The big city can take a toll on people, especially those on the fringes of society, and New York is no exception. Many of its wanderers and outcasts have met unfortunate ends and some of those still remain, attempting to extend those unfortunate ends to others.

Even though Hobo Ghosts are Class V entities, these poor unfortunate souls are still not very threatening specters. Approach these like your would any other limited specter. Stay out of their range to avoid their projectiles, and employ a vanilla trapping technique--zap, cap, and trap.

Notes: The Hobo Ghosts will avoid you if they can, electing instead to maintain a comfortable distance between you and them. Also, Peter seems to have an unusual dislike for the Hobo Ghosts, uttering such remarks as "I thought you were creepy when you were alive!" and "Don't give them change; it only encourages them." said remarks caused Winston to snap at him.
Threat Level: MINOR
Hobo Ghosts are slow and prefer to keep their distance, pelting you with their spectral molotov cocktails. A single Hobo Ghost isn't usually much of a threat, but they are first encountered on the street, in a group of three or four. And shortly afterward, the Stone Gargoyles begin their attack, further dividing your attention.
Deal with any lesser threats first, like the gargoyles. Distractions make you an easy target for the Hobo Ghost's thrown objects. As with other low-level ghosts, just continue to hit them with your Proton Stream until you can wrangle them.
Amusingly, sometimes the Hobo Ghost will take a swig from their molotov cocktails before they hurl the bottle at you. Perhaps this how they all died in the first place, drinking molotov cocktails?
