Katarina Novechenka (also known as Katarina Ivanova Sophia Novachenka)[2] was a famous tennis player from the Soviet Union.[3]
History[]
Katarina was the sponsor of and announcer at the Ghostbusters' discussion on ghostbusting at a conference in the Soviet Union. Once they checked in with her, Katarina showed them their rooms, the institute's collection of paranormal artifacts, and a laboratory. She was convinced to help the Ghostbusters after Vladimir Pavel Maximov and Dmitri Smerdyakov blamed them for stealing "The Nameless Book" so that they could summon Yibb-Tstll. After Yibb-Tstll was defeated and Vladimir and Dmitri arrested, she gave a kiss to all of the Ghostbusters, including Slimer.
