Living Fireballs[1] (also known as Grinning Fireballs)[2] are forms of sentient poltergeist energy that changes the nature of everything they touch.
History[]
The Living Fireballs first emerged from within the Doomsday Door, appearing in different shades of colors ranging from orange to white. Some of the first areas and objects to be transformed included subway trains filled with people The subway trains then later a large subway station came to life. They were later seen at a subway train depot causing the idle trains to come to life.
They were pulled back into the doorway by the Ghostbusters. Technically speaking, the Living Fireballs aren't true ghosts but only spiritual poltergeist energy which means they can't be trapped with conventional equipment. Due to the nature of then it is possible for Living Fireballs to divide from each other.
Powers and Abilities[]
The Living Fireballs have the power of mass transmogrification; to transform objects and possess environments.
