The Loeb Boathouse is a famous restaurant located at the northeastern tip of the Lake section of Central Park. It is named after a philanthropist named Carl M. Loeb and his wife Adeline, who donated $305,000 to the venue.

In the springtime, Winston Zeddemore and Tiyah Clarke held their wedding at the Loeb Boathouse. Among the guests were Peter Venkman, Ray Stantz, Egon Spengler, Janine Melnitz, Mr. & Mrs. Zeddemore, Mr. & Mrs. Clarke, Tiyah's Brother, and Tiyah's Niece. Just after Winston and Tiyah had their first dance as a married couple, Blood Rain started coming down outside. The dream reality Winston was placed in by the Sandman was a recreation of his wedding.
