Michael Ensign is a British American who trained as an actor at The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. He spent the first 11 years of his professional career working in theatre in Britain and was a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company from 1972 to 1975. Ensign did film and television work primarily in the USA.
