Mr. Ghoul and Company are a group of five ghosts who wanted their friend paroled from the Containment Unit.
History[]
During the end of a work day, the ghosts tied up Janine Melnitz with yo-yo string and demanded that their friend be freed. Janine wore them out with a complicated set of paperwork - sign from ESP/13, then have their friend submit a completed PK/61 Questionnaire, submit a date of birth, nationality, home address, telephone number, full educational record, verify the forms by the District Office and submit it all in triplicate by Tuesday. Annoyed by all the bureaucratic red tape, the ghosts teleported away.
