Mr. Swank[1] is an enterprising man that mistakenly bought a building occupied by the Fear Itself ghost.
History[]
Mr. Swank purchased a largely abandoned building and planned to convert it into the swankiest nightclub in New York City. However, he explored a previously concealed passage to a basement and was attacked by the Fear Itself ghost. Swank experienced his fear of heights. He was taken away by paramedics just as the Extreme Ghostbusters arrived on scene. Kylie Griffin picked up P.K.E. readings off of him.
