Mr. Swank's Building is a very large building complex that has a basement built like a giant maze.
History[]
The Fear Itself ghost made the basement of a large building on a waterfront in New York City its domain. At some point, people paved and concealed the stairwell that led down to the basement. For decades, the building was abandoned until 1997 when it was purchased by Mr. Swank. Swank wanted to turn the place into a nightclub. The passage concealing the basement was opened again during the demolition phase. When he explored it, the Fear Itself ghost defended himself and Swank was exposed to his fear of heights. The Extreme Ghostbusters were called in and they explored the basement. After fighting off their fears, they found the ghost and decided to spare it. The passage was sealed up once more.
