When Janine Melnitz went on one of her vacations, Mrs. Adelemier was one of two temps to apply to work for the Ghostbusters. Egon Spengler was left to interview her. Despite her amazing qualifications, the Ghostbusters hired the inept but beautiful Dixie instead of Adelemier.
