Mr. & Mrs. Clarke are the parents of Tiyah Clarke.
History[]
During one Christmas season, Winston Zeddemore proposed to Tiyah just before they were set to take a train to Connecticut to visit her parents. [1] Despite a case popping up, Winston and Tiyah were able take the last train to Connecticut.
A year and a few months later, in the springtime, Mr. & Mrs. Clarke were among those present at Winston and Tiyah's wedding at the Loeb Boathouse. Per tradition, Mr. Clarke walked his daughter down the aisle and gave her away.
