Neal is a police officer.
History[]
On the day of the grand opening of Fantastic Land just outside Schenectady, something strange happened. Neal was one of the police officers on site when the green force field surrounding the park ordered everyone to, "Go Away!"
At some point, Bav and Neal transferred to Manhattan. The following year, they were part of a posse that arrested Janine Melnitz's team as they exited an apartment complex.
