Persefineathious[1] (also known as Steffi)[2][3] was named after the Greek queen of the underworld, Persephone, is a member of Sub Dwellers (the Mole People in urban legend), a group of humans living in underground New York. She is also the daughter of one of the group's leaders.
History[]
The Mole People were blamed for the blackouts caused by the Energy and Lightning Demons. After her father was arrested, Steffi ventured to the surface, entered the Firehouse, and asked the Extreme Ghostbusters for help.
Steffi soon fell in love with Garrett Miller. However, Steffi was branded as a traitor for colluding with the "Sun Watchers." The Ghostbusters managed to trap the demons and disprove that the Mole People were responsible for the blackout. Steffi's father was released, but was in poor health. Steffi elected to take him home and care for him. She and Garrett said their goodbyes and parted ways.

- On page 14 of Ghostbusters Issue #12, Persefineathious has a non-canon reference as one of the stores on Pioneer Square.
