Singing Slime is a Cursed Artifact found in the Lost Island Rising level of Ghostbusters: The Video Game (Realistic Versions).

Description[]

Each of these jars of colored slime sings a part in a wordless, barbershop style harmony.

History[]

The origin of these colorful jars of slime is not known but it can't be all bad. I mean they're singing barbershop, right?

Where to Find It[]

In the Field: After rescuing Winston from the Iron Maiden and going up the stairs to the first level of the Slime Lab, go to the big glowing green tank on the left and use the P.K.E. Meter. The Rookie will hear the slime singing before the signal is picked up.

At the Firehouse: The jars are on top of the fridge in the kitchen.

Secondary Canon[]

The Singing Slime was sighted on a shelf behind the band Dante Barnes belonged to when it performed at a venue in Seattle. Currently, they are still in Firehouse on top of the fridge in the kitchen.

Trivia[]

  • The Singing Slime likely were part of Shandor's experiments in creating new sub-classes of Ectoplasm. Singing barbershop may be a reference to music's positive influence on Mood Slime as researched by Egon and Ray in Ghostbusters II with Jackie Wilson's "Higher and Higher."
