History[]
Black Bart wanted to use the Spectral Well to become the "mightiest desperado" of all. However, the presence of humans diminished the energy of the well. A large number of humans rendered it completely inert. [6] [7] [8] This was demonstrated when the town of Spittoon was established right above the well. Bart and his gang tried to scare them off and drain the well's power. Luckily, the random appearance of a lost Wild West Tours bus weakened the well long enough for the Ghostbusters to trap Black Bart and his gang.
