The Teplitz Townhouse is a townhouse where Harry Teplitz Jr. currently lives.
History[]
The townhouse is the former residence of Professor Harold Teplitz and his wife. Two years after his death, Professor Teplitz began manifesting in the townhouse. After allying with the Ghost Busted Army, Teplitz lured Egon Spengler to the townhouse to get rid of his family and to be trapped. Harry Teplitz Jr. unexpectedly returned and was reduced to tears at the sight of his father. Egon assured him it would be taken care of. After Teplitz vanished, Egon was busted by Jack Hardemeyer and the ghost army.
