The Stenographer is a female court reporter assigned to the hearing involving the Ghostbusters after they were arrested on First Avenue.

While typing out the official transcript of the hearing, the Stenographer was given the shock her career. The ghosts of the Scoleri Brothers erupted from the sample of Psychomagnotheric Slime behind her on the evidence table. She managed to flee the room through the juror's door.
