The Thermal Powered Blaster is an ad hoc Particle Thrower devised in response to Anshar and Kishar.
History[]
As the showdown between Anshar and Kishar approached, Egon Spengler and Winston Zeddemore quickly built a Thermal Powered Blaster with what parts they could scavenge from the shipwreck of the SS Pollywog. It only required a mega power source. Egon connected wires from the blaster to an antenna for such an issue. Slimer was elected to lower one end of the antenna into the hottest point of a lava flow. The resulting geothermal power would allow for one shot before the antenna melted.[1][2] Once Winston fired the blaster at a point between Anshar and Kishar, it blew up.[3] Egon, Winston, and Slimer abandoned the blaster and ran for their lives.
