Walt Fleischman is a famous cartoon genius best known for his creations Dopey Dog and Winchester Wolf.
History[]
One day, Walt Fleischman ended up in the Cartoon World, where Winchester Wolf forced him to endure forty years of slapstick-style torture. Eventually, the Ghostbusters entered the Cartoon World and saved Fleischman. As a token of gratitude, he gave Ray Stantz a Dopey Dog doll.
