Woodrow Wainwright Fraser III is a ruthless businessman possessed by the Ghost of Christmas Present.
History[]
Woodrow Wainwright Fraser III is essentially part of American royalty. His ancestor was with Thomas Jefferson when he wrote the Declaration of Independence in 1776. Since then, the Fraser family were captains of American industry. At the age of 22 years, Woodrow Wainwright Fraser III was running his own Fortune 500 corporation. At age 32, he initiated a hostile takeover and bought out his own father. Since then, he garnered a reputation as a ruthless and terrifying businessman nicknamed "The Great White."
Fraser, because of his nature, was routinely visited by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future since he was 22 years old. However, the Ghost of Christmas Present tired of his role. He delighted in Fraser's hedonistic lifestyle and possessed the businessman. For several years, the other two tried to convince their comrade to leave, but to no avail. On one Christmas Eve, Fraser invited the Ghostbusters to his penthouse, that was built on Goat Hills Slums in 1927 by Fred F. French & Co., offered them a total of $4 million to capture the two ghosts. Peter Venkman eventually realized the truth and wrangled the Ghost of Christmas Present from Fraser's body. The ungrateful millionaire then threatened to sue the Ghostbusters until they "bled from ulcers they didn't know existed."
