In Ghostbusters II the Deleted Scene: Louis' Cousin, Sherman Tully Louis Tully and Sherman Tully walk out of Parkview Psychiatric Hospital with the newly released Ghostbusters, who are now in their uniforms. Sherman was about to tell them this dream about his dead grandfather but the Ghostbusters jumped into Ecto and took off for the Manhattan Museum of Art. Sherman is shocked and questions Louis if he really is the fifth Ghostbuster or not. Louis assured Sherman he only shows up for the big cases.
Reuse
It appears part of this scene, showing Winston strapping on elbow pads, was reused for the Ernie Hudson title card at the end of the movie.
