Jim Silver is a resident of the Shandor Building and was attacked by Idulnas. He was an executive employed by F.Z. Foods, parent company to the Stay Puft Marshmallow Company.

While talking to a co-worker, Bob, on the phone about the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, Zombies, quarterly numbers, and free advertising, Jim was shaving in his bathroom. However, Idulnas suddenly appeared in his mirror and grabbed him. Idulnas possessed Jim and took over his body. Posing as Jim, Idulnas visited the Firehouse and attempted to scare Ray Stantz into coming with him or face a lawsuit. Winston Zeddemore and Peter Venkman challenged his claims. Jim/Idulnas stormed off and communicated with the essence of Gozer from an observation deck at the Empire State Building.

Over the course of two days, Idulnas' appearance began to overwrite and take over Jim's body. After the Ghostbusters defeated the Gozerian Terror Bear, Jim/Idulnas appeared in the rear mirror of Ecto-1a and kidnapped Ray.

PersonalityEdit

Jim appears to be pragmatic since he argued no matter what Gozer's Destructor Form of Stay Puft was free advertising.
