Mrs. Pennyworth Estate is a ritzy mansion surrounded by a vast swath of land, complete with a swimming pool and tennis court.
History
Rudy and Slimer were once hired by Mrs. Pennyworth to do some gardening work on her yards. While Slimer worked on the front yard and did everything, Rudy slept in the back. The conflict between Slimer and Bad Gopher messed up Slimer's work but Pennyworth loved the 'fresh' concept.
