The NES Advantage Controller is an accessory for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Released in 1987, this special controller is meant to reflect the arcade-style arrangement of buttons and controls.
Primary Canon HistoryEdit
One such controller was salvaged for spare parts by the Ghostbusters. It came into use when the team decided to slime the Statue of Liberty and confront Vigo. It wasn't meant to completely control the Statue of Liberty but to merely guide it to the Manhattan Museum of Art. As a result, a few police cars were stepped on.
Secondary Canon HistoryEdit
After the Vigo incident was resolved, the controller was remanded to a shelf on the second floor of the Firehouse. The NES Advantage Controller was re-purposed after the Chi-You incident. It was attached to a console used to operate the Interspatial Teleportation Unit.
