On the weekend before St. Patrick's Day 1997, a package of Burnt Toast was mailed to O'Toole's penthouse. Soon after, the Leprechaun conjured another of his Shillelagh Emanations. O'Toole stood on the edge of the balcony and soon the police were called under the impression O'Toole was a suicide risk. The Extreme Ghostbusters busted into the penthouse and destroyed the emanation. However, the Leprechaun still managed to capture O'Toole.
