A Possessed Statue is a statue brought to life by a Possessor Ghost or Beauty Queen Ghost. This can be found Museum of (Super)Natural History Level (realistic version). When the ghost enters the statue, it is completely bound to it, and is unable to exit, making it easy to destroy. There are two types of statues in museum that are possessed: Egyptian and Ancient Indian. They attack with magical throwing spears and sometimes use shields. In the case of the shield-bearing statues, use the same strategy as with the Book Centurions: wrangle the shield away with the Capture Stream.
According to Tobin's Spirit GuideEdit
- Class: Class III Possessor Host
- Type: Corporeal (dispersible)
Possessor Ghosts can also possess and take control of some statues and mannequins, and are thus often encountered in a wide variety of museums, as well as in far more clothing stores than one would reasonably expect.
Fortunately, possessing an inanimate, nonliving object like a mannequin or a statue binds the possessing spirit to that object. Not only is the ghost unable to leave, but it is also disrupted when the possessed object is destroyed.
Unlike Possessed Humans, Possessed Statues can't be evacuated by Possessor Ghosts, making the Possessed Statue the first and final vessel for the wandering specters. Many Possessed Statues carry ranged weapons capable of impaling you from great distances, so keep an eye out for ranged attacks as you approach. Once you're within range of your Slime Blower, hose them down and disperse their PK energy.
