Salt Lake City is the capitol of the state of Utah in the western United States of America.

After geo-studies indicated huge deposits of uranium in a mountain, an excavation team was dispatched to extract them. After blowing an entrance into the mountain, the team was surprised to find no deposits. They encountered the Radioactive Ghost and thus, accidentally freed it. The details of the incident was published in a local newspaper. A week later, Kylie Griffin found the article after the team's initial encounter with the ghost. [1]
